What is your dispatch & delivery time?
All orders are made-to-order, hand-painted original artworks. Please allow 1-2 business days before dispatch. Your order will be sent the following day with Royal Mail via 1st Class Post (1-3 business days) for UK orders & via Royal Mail Internationally Shipping (3-14 business days) for the rest of the world.

 

How will my order be sent out?
All orders are well packaged in padded card envelopes to ensure they reach you in good condition. 
 

Do you offer international shipment?

Yes, we do sell to most countries around the world. International shipping availability & cost will be calculated upon checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
 

Shipping within the UK is £3.95 & free on all orders above £75.00

Shipping to the rest of the world is £10.00

What happens if my artwork arrives creased/bent?

Due to the nature of the products, sometimes orders might arrive with creases or bent edges please don't be disheartened as this can be rectified. With a clean damp tea towel, place the artwork face-down on a clean surface. Lightly dampen the back side of the artwork in the area it's creased. Next, compress the artwork with a thick piece of card and add something with weight to lay on top (a stack of books/ magazines works well). Leave for 1 to 2 days & your artwork should be flat when you return. 

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

If, however you order arrives damaged please send an email to hello@studiob-low.com with photo(s) of the damaged item as soon as you receive it and we will either resend you a new artwork or a refund will be issued.

How do I know that you have received my order?

We will send a confirmation via email as soon as the order is completed. If you do not receive it, please email hello@studiob-low.com

What paper do you use for your artwork?
We use 140lb/ 300gsm 100% acid free paper.

 

Do you sell frames?
Currently we do not sell frames with our artwork.
